Overview
This policy describes how Rumble Rummy ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you play our mobile rummy game or visit its related website. We built the game for casual, recreational card play.
Rumble Rummy does not provide wagering, cash prizes, withdrawals, or any other form of real-money gambling. Its cards, scores, rewards, and coins exist only inside the game.
Information We Collect
You can play Rumble Rummy without registering an account. We do not ask you to submit a telephone number, password, or personal account ID to begin playing.
The game does not intentionally request or collect:
- Mobile phone numbers: No phone number is needed to access normal gameplay.
- Passwords or authentication information: The game does not ask for a password or login secret.
- Account identifiers: We do not require a personal profile or user account ID.
- Account-related settings: Because personal registration is not required, we do not maintain settings tied to a registered personal account.
To make the game work, Rumble Rummy may keep non-personal play data on your device, including your progress, score, virtual-coin balance, and selected game preferences.
When you email our support team, we receive your email address and whatever details you choose to include. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed to answer your question.
How We Use Information
Gameplay data is used to operate game features, remember local preferences, restore progress, show scores and virtual coins, troubleshoot problems, and improve game performance.
Information sent to support is used to investigate your issue, reply to you, and maintain a reasonable record of the request.
Data Sharing
We do not rent or sell personal information. We also do not intentionally provide personal information to third parties for their independent advertising or resale.
Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid request from a competent authority. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security of the game.
Advertising
Rumble Rummy does not sell personal information for advertising.
If advertisements, analytics, or another third-party service are introduced later, we will revise this policy and the relevant app store disclosures before those practices apply.
Children
Rumble Rummy is intended for players who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly request phone numbers, passwords, or account credentials from children.
A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information to us may contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, remove it.
Virtual Coins
Rumble Rummy may award virtual coins through ordinary play, achievements, or game progression.
These coins are fictional game items. They do not represent money or property and cannot be sold, transferred, cashed out, or redeemed for currency, merchandise, or prizes.
Virtual coins cannot be used to place a real-money bet or enter a gambling transaction.
No Real-Money Gambling
Rumble Rummy is a casual card game played solely for entertainment. No feature allows a player to deposit money, wager money, win cash, or withdraw funds.
Every score, reward, coin, and item displayed in the app is limited to gameplay and carries no monetary value outside it.
Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards suited to the information handled by the game and website. Even so, no internet transmission, device, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may revise this policy when the game changes, our practices evolve, or legal requirements are updated.
The newest version will appear on this page. The date near the top shows when the policy was most recently changed.
